Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging and invoice.

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and nose pins are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- In case of any exchange or replacement it will be credited to source account within 7-8 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Exchange

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
